SOUTH PORTLAND — Sydney Rusak and Ashley Levesque scored second-half goals Monday to power Scarborough to a 2-0 victory against South Portland in an SMAA field hockey game.

Rusak scored off a penalty corner 19:24 into the second half and Levesque added an unassisted goal with five minutes remaining.

Maddie Drolet stopped 10 shots for South Portland (4-7). Sam Carriero made four saves for the Red Storm (9-2).

WINDHAM 2, NOBLE 0: Chloe Wilcox scored off a scramble in front after six minutes and the Eagles (5-5-1) went on to beat the Knights (1-10) at Windham.

Paige Laferriere added a goal from Lauren Talbot at 13:49 of the first half.

Mia Colantuoni stopped 12 shots for Noble. Grace Sawyer turned aside four shots for the Eagles.

MARSHWOOD 2, BONNY EAGLE 0: Leah Glidden scored an unassisted goal 5:30 into the game and Celine Lawrence added a second-half unassisted goal as the Hawks (10-1) downed the Scots (2-9) at Standish.

Lindsay Gleason had eight saves for Bonny Eagle. Shannon Giblin made four saves for the Hawks.

BIDDEFORD 4, DEERING 0: Rebekah Guay scored three goals as the Tigers (4-7) shut out the Rams (1-11) at Biddeford.

Paige Laverriere also scored, Hailey Allen added two assists and Payton McKeown also had an assist.

Lillian Frager stopped 14 shots for Deering. Taylor Wildes had three saves for the Tigers.

WESTBROOK 6, PORTLAND 0: Mary Keef scored twice as the Blue Blazes (8-2-1) beat the Bulldogs (2-9) at Westbrook.

Maddison LeBeau had a goal and an assist. Jaclyn Hazelwood, Alex Witham and Lizzy Barlow each added a goal.

THORNTON ACADEMY 10, SANFORD 1: Cat Henaire and Taylor Ouellette each scored four goals as the Golden Trojans (8-2-1) cruised past the Spartans (2-9) at Saco.

Bella Robinson and Grace Harbour also scored for Thornton. Kyleigh Cote answered for Sanford.

Jenica Botting had one save for the Trojans. Amber Singleton and Sarah Nickerson of the Spartans combined for 13 saves.

BOYS’ SOCCER

MARSHWOOD 2, NOBLE 0: Riley Dinsmore-Patch had a goal and an assist as the Hawks (7-2) topped the Knights (3-6) at South Berwick.

Dinsmore-Patch set up Henry Herbold for an early goal as Marshwood took a 1-0 halftime lead, then scored in the second half from Max Berman.

Noah Safford turned aside 13 shots for Noble. Sam Leathe made five saves for the Hawks.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 8, BUCKFIELD 0: The Seagulls (2-6-2) scored three goals in the first six minutes and continued to pull away from the Bucks (7-3) at Buckfield.

Payje Leclerc scored twice for Old Orchard Beach, which received goals from seven players. Samantha Donnell, Emily Greenlee and Maegan Halle each added a goal and an assist, and Brianna Plante, Caitlyn Perrigo and Riley Blatchford also scored.
