Falmouth is lucky to have state Rep. Teresa Pierce and Sen.Cathy Breen serving in the Legislature. Both have served with integrity and skill, navigating the treacherous political landscape of the past few years.

Both have been leaders on environmental issues, and are endorsed by the Maine Conservation Voters. Both have sponsored or supported balanced legislation to address the complexities of mental health and substance abuse addiction issues facing so many Mainers. Both stand up for family economic security by wisely supporting policies aimed at increasing access to quality early childhood education for working and low-income families.

In particular, I’m honored to serve with Pierce on the Task Force on Public-Private Partnerships to Support Public Education. The purpose of the task force is to research and make recommendations for evidence-based models proven to improve public school educational outcomes for children and youth.

Please vote to re-elect Rep. Pierce in House District 44 and Sen. Breen in Senate District 25.
