Jake Malcom and freshman Te’Andre King combined for 23 points Tuesday night to lead North Yarmouth Academy to a 41-37 victory against Waynflete in a Western Maine Conference boys’ basketball game.

Waynflete (8-3) held a 15-13 halftime lead but NYA (6-4) used a 17-11 run in the third quarter to move in front.

Alex Saade had 13 points and Yai Deng added 10 for Waynflete, which has lost two straight after an 8-1 start.

FOREST HILLS 70, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 36: The Tigers (7-5), who nailed 12 3-pointers, led 38-14 at halftime and defeated the Lions (1-9) at South Portland.

Killian Patterson and Mason Jones each scored 11 points for Greater Portland Christian. Ethan Spaulding added 10.

YARMOUTH 91, WELLS 63: Gibson Harnett scored 19 of his game-high 23 points in the first half, including all five of his 3-pointers, as the Clippers (9-2) opened a 52-25 lead against the Warriors (7-4) at Wells.

Aleksander Medenica had 19 points for Yarmouth, Igor Nikolic added 14 and Nolan Hagerty 11.

Deandre Woods paced Wells with 20 points. Cam Cousins and Tyler Dewey each tossed in 11.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 53, LAKE REGION 48: Josiah Rottari scored 10 of his 13 points in the fourth quarter for the Patriots (6-5), who used a 23-14 run to rally past the Lakers (5-7) at Naples.

Lake Region led 27-18 at halftime and 34-30 after three quarters. John Henry Villanueva had 13 points for Gray-NG.

SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 55, RANGELEY 34: Caleb LaCroix scored 19 points to lift the Guardians (7-5) over the Lakers (3-8) at Auburn.

Sky Archer added 12 points for Seacoast.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

WAYNFLETE 45, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 40: The Flyers (6-5) took a 15-4 lead in the first quarter and held off the Panthers (5-5) at Portland.

Annika Brooks had a team-leading 15 points for Waynflete. Lydia Giguere added 11.

DEERING 51, NOBLE 23: Tasia Titherington and Delaney Haines combined for 17 points as the Rams (8-3) opened a 29-8 halftime lead against the Knights (0-11) at Portland.

Haines finished with a game-high 16 points for Deering. Titherington added 12 and Sidney Giroux tossed in nine.

BOOTHBAY REGION 58, WINTHROP 35: Page Brown hit 17 field goals and three free throws for 37 points to lead the Seahawks (12-0) over the Ramblers (6-5) at Winthrop.

PINE TREE ACADEMY 55, FOREST HILLS 46: Caitlin Logston scored 23 points, Patricia Lessard added 10 and the Breakers (6-2) outscored the Tigers (6-6) 29-16 in the second half at Augusta.

Alexandra Goodman had 25 points to lead the Tigers.

RANGELEY 51, SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 20: Natasha Haley scored 21 points to lead the Lakers (9-2) over the Guardians (2-10) at South Berwick.

Courtney Williams led the Guardians with 17 points.
