WATERBORO — Madison Drain scored five goals and Skylar Renaud added four as Massabesic remained unbeaten with a 12-10 girls’ lacrosse win over Cape Elizabeth on Friday.

Morgan Pike scored twice and had four assists for Massabesic (8-0).

Emily Healy scored four goals for Cape Elizabeth (5-4) and Chloe Chaplin added three.

FREEPORT 10, GORHAM 8: Chloe Davidson had three goals and two assists, Margaret Perotta scored twice and the Falcons (5-3) beat the Rams (3-5) in Gorham.

Freeport led 7-1 at halftime.

Bridget Rossignol scored four goals for Gorham.

THORNTON ACADEMY 12, LEWISTON 4: Mackenzie Basile and Alana Pettaway each scored four goals as the Trojans (3-5) cruised past the Blue Devils (4-4) in Saco.

Catherine Henaire added three goals for Thornton, which led 7-1 at halftime.

GREELY 12, SCARBOROUGH 6: Ellie Holt had three goals and an assist for the Rangers (7-1) as they doubled up the Red Storm (1-7) at Cumberland.

Greta Van Curan also had a hat trick for Greely, Brooke Clement had a pair of goals and dished out three assists and Jayme Morrison, Jen Spencer and Elsa-Dean Muncie also scored.

Ellie Smith had five goals for Scarborough and Erin Stoltz added a goal.

Hannah Perfetti stopped six shots for the Rangers, and Bethany Smel and Kathleen Murphy combined for seven saves for the Red Storm.

LAKE REGION 18, MORSE 6: The Lakers (8-1) used an 8-0 second-half advantage to cruise to victory over the Shipbuilders (4-5) in Bath.

Lindsay Keenan led Lake Region with five goals and four assists. Melissa Bonenfant added four goals and Rachel Shanks had three goals and three assists.

Maddie Nelson had three saves.

Maddie McDonough had three goals for Morse, and Emily Martin added a goal with an assist.

Zenaide McCarthy and Abby Sreden combined for 12 saves.

WINSLOW 9, ERSKINE 8: Silver Clukey scored three goals to lead the Black Raiders to a win in Winslow.

Sarah Stevens scored two goals, and Sara Doughty, Savannah Joler, Alyssa Currie and Haley Grenier each added a goal for the Black Raiders (8-0).

Jordan Linscott led Erskine (3-3) with three goals, and Joana Linscott and Alyssa Savage added two goals each.

Isabella Libby also scored for Erskine.

SOFTBALL

NOBLE 21, BIDDEFORD 2: Raegan Kelly earned the win and hit a three-run homer to lead the Knights (11-1) over the Tigers (6-7) in North Berwick.

Kelly (11-1) allowed four hits, two walks and one earned run with seven strikeouts in a complete game.

She added three hits, including a double. Her home run highlighted an 11-run third inning.

Mackenzie Aleva had four hits for Noble, and Lauren Sanger and Tori Exel each added three hits.

Brook Davis had an RBI double for Biddeford.

TRAIP ACADEMY 4, BUCKFIELD 3: Reilly Eddy doubled with two RBI and struck out 13 as the Rangers (7-5) beat the Bucks (6-3) in Buckfield.

Addy Hale, Jen McCluskey and Kathleen McPherson each had two hits for Traip.

WELLS 5, CAPE ELIZABETH 3: Sam Bogue went 2 for 3 and hit a two-run single to start a three-run first inning as the Warriors (9-3) held on to beat the Capers (6-6) in Wells.

Karissa Kenyon doubled and Kim Yurga hit an RBI single in the sixth to put Wells ahead 5-2.

Corina Page drove in a run for Cape.

MARSHWOOD 9, CHEVERUS/NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 5: The Hawks (5-9) scored seven runs across the fourth and fifth innings to defeat the Stags (3-10) in South Berwick.

Kaylah Eastman (3-6) earned the win, allowing four earned runs with seven strikeouts. Lauren Leidemann-Smith had three hits for Marshwood, including an RBI single in the fourth inning and an RBI double in the fifth.

Alexandra Hammond hit a double and two triples for Cheverus, and Madison Durgin had a solo homer in the seventh inning.

CONY 4, ERSKINE 1: Cari Hopkins tossed a three-hitter and also had a double and a single to lead the Rams to the win in Augusta.

Carly Lettre added a double and an RBI for Cony (3-9) and Jaiden Bowley also doubled.

Erskine is 3-10.

OCEANSIDE 13, WINSLOW 0: Rachel Joyce hit two doubles and scored two runs as the Mariners cruised to the victory in Winslow.

Casey Pine had a triple and two RBI for Oceanside (10-2), which scored 10 runs in the top of the fifth.

Paige Trask had two singles for Winslow (9-4).

GREELY 4, LINCOLN ACADEMY 1: Sawyer Dusch had three hits and drove in two runs as the Rangers (6-7) beat the Eagles (6-6) in Cumberland.
Kelsey Currier struck out seven for Greely.

Joy Derick had two hits for Lincoln.
