YARMOUTH — Schulyer Wetmore scored early in overtime Tuesday to give Greely an 8-7 boys’ lacrosse win over Yarmouth.

Yarmouth (8-3) had tied the game during the final seconds of regulation when Preston Jancovic drove home his second goal of the game.

Wetmore finished with four goals and two assists for the Rangers (9-2), with Andrew Lawrence adding two goals and an assist and Sawyer Gagnon making 28 saves. Anders Corey’s three goals led the Clippers.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 16, WINSLOW 3: Nolen Michael had six goals and four assists, Liam Cullina scored five goals, and the Eagles (10-2) beat the Raiders (6-6) in Newcastle.

BASEBALL

PORTLAND 6, BONNY EAGLE 1: Ben Sawyer and Ben Stasium each hit RBI singles during a three-run fourth inning as the Bulldogs (12-4) beat the Scots (6-10) in Portland.

Don Tocci pitched a complete game, allowing one run on seven hits and striking out four to pick up his sixth win.

Casey Maturo and Arlo Pike each had two hits for Bonny Eagle.

GORHAM 1, WINDHAM 0: Kyle King scored on a fielder’s choice from Lucas Roop in the bottom of the first, and the Rams (12-4) held on to beat the Eagles (10-6) in Gorham.

King singled to lead off the inning, then advanced to third when Brogan McDonald doubled.

Ryan Norris threw a two-hit shutout, striking out nine.

Bryce Afthim tossed a complete game for Windham.

SOUTH PORTLAND 15, WESTBROOK 2: The Red Riots (14-2) opened with a five-run top of the first, getting a two-run double from Zach Johnson to score Noah McHugh and Riley Hasson, followed by a two-run single to drive in Johnson and Anthony Poole, as they rolled by the Blue Blazes (1-15) at Westbrook.

Hasson was 3 for 3 with a pair of RBI for the Red Riots.

Justin Copetta and Matt Eugley each had a double for Westbrook.

CAPE ELIZABETH 12, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Alec Riggle drove home four runs on three hits, and also scored three times, as Cape Elizabeth (11-5) pushed steadily out to a one-sided victory against the Patriots (9-7) in Gray.

BIDDEFORD 10, FALMOUTH 5: Evan Paquette and Kurtis Edgerton rapped three hits each, with Logan Magnant adding a triple and a double, for Biddeford (11-5) against the Yachtsmen (8-8) in Falmouth.

Griffin Aube had two hits, including a double, and two RBI for Falmouth.

THORNTON ACADEMY 12, DEERING 3: Luke Chessie and Cam Seymour started a three-run fifth inning with back-to-back triples as the Trojans (10-6) beat the Rams (7-9) in Portland.

MT. ARARAT 8, BRUNSWICK 3: The host Eagles (11-5) won their eighth straight and handed the Dragons (3-13) their ninth straight loss.

Hunter Lohr went 4 for 5 for the Eagles.

WELLS 4, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 2: Matt Tufts broke a 2-2 tie with a bases-loaded two-run single in the bottom of the fifth as the Warriors (14-2) held on to beat the Raiders (8-8) in Wells.

Cameren Cousins improved to 8-0 with a complete game, allowing two runs on four hits and striking out four.

MARSHWOOD 8, KENNEBUNK 5: The Hawks (9-7) rallied with four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning, paced by RBI doubles from Quinn McDaniel and Nathan Curtis, as they defeated the Rams (4-12) at South Berwick.

Cole Hoffman had a pair of hits, including a double, for Kennebunk.

YORK 11, POLAND 1: Spencer Pickett had two hits, including a two-run double during a five-run first inning, as the Wildcats (9-7) rolled past the Knights (1-15) in five innings at York.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 6, OCEANSIDE 1: The Panthers (4-12) scored five runs in the first, including a two-run single from Carson Murphy, to beat the Mariners (13-3) in Waldoboro.

NOBLE 4, SANFORD 3: Coby Johnson singled in the go-ahead run in the top of the seventh to lift the Knights (8-8) past the Spartans (5-11) in Sanford.

Jake Lacroix pitched a complete game, striking out six.

Nick Liston had two hits for Sanford.
