I was totally put off by the voting experience Tuesday.

The ranked-choice voting question on the statewide ballot appeared to have been written by a team of lawyers whose objective was to confuse the voting public.

What would have been wrong with simply saying “vote ‘yes’ to retain ranked-choice” and “vote ‘no’ to reject ranked-choice”?
