KENNEBUNKPORT — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Kennebunkport Police from June 18 to July 1, 2018
• Shelly Flanagan, 55, of Sanford, was issued a summons for failure to display a valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed on Maine Street.
• Steven Hutchins, 41, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on Cole Benson Road. Hutchins was charged with domestic violence assault and violating conditions of bail. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on July 18 to answer the charges.
• Paul Dervis, 63, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following license suspension after he was stopped on Mills Road.
• Colm Pusey, 23, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed on School Street. He also was issued a summons for failure to provide evidence of current insurance.
• John Siracuse, 53, of Lexington, Massachusetts, was charged with exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed on School Street.
• Scott Chamberlin, 50, of South Hamilton, Massachusetts, was arrested after officers responded to a Colony Avenue residence for a disturbance. He was charged with domestic violence assault and is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on July 18 to answer the charge.
