BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from July 26 to Aug. 2, 2018:

• Alec B. Nabayan, 29, a transient, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Trish L. Farr, 31, of Westbrook, was arrested for aggravated assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

• Gabrielle Gagnier, 31, of Golden, Colorado, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

• Leonor G. Blake, 36, of Scarborough, was arrested for two outstanding warrants and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

• Matthew A. Blake, 36, of Portland, was arrested for three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

• Kendra J. Southard, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Matthew K. Jones, 19, of Gorham, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and being a minor in possession of liquor.

• Heather A. Hamilton, 39, of Saco, was arrested on a probation hold.

• Michelle L. Mendoza, 38, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for three counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.

• Lynn E. Carlson, 58, of Rensselaer, New York, was issued a summons for animal cruelty, confinement during extreme heat/cold.

• Richard A. Wheeler, Jr., 59, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Arthur J. Rosencranse, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Gergana S. Rosencranse, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Derek R. Labelle, 31, of Sanford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Alexis M. Lambert, 21, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for burglary of a motor vehicle.

• Jonathan S. Trayes, 29, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for domestic violence terrorizing with prior domestic violence offenses and violating conditions of release.

• Tony L. Gagnon, 39, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for the sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

• Natalya Coletti, 35, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

• Owen G. Braxton, 30, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Shannon L. Dupree, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Peter J. Lauzier, 59, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

• Paul E. Day, 48, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker.

• Roy C. Payne, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• Adam F. Smith, 27, of Biddeford, was arrested for aggravated assault.

• William L. Williams, 46, a transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
