BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Aug. 3 to Aug. 17, 2018:
• Seth B. Lavoie, 25, of Portland, was issued a summons for attaching false plates and operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with a prior offense.
• Jason A. Sanchez, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register vehicle and violating conditions of release.
• Maurice E. Santamore, 62, of Biddeford, was arrested for assault.
• William C. Rudman, 56, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Philip E. Menard, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault with prior offenses, domestic violence criminal threatening with prior offenses, and violating conditions of release.
• Michael D. Bissonette, 53, a transient, was arrested for drinking in public.
• Nathaniel A. Lord, 35, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for sale/use of drug paraphernalia.
• Alexandre C. Peterson, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and failing to stop for a police officer.
• Timothy L. Foley, 47, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for discharging a firearm in a no discharge zone.
• Cheryl A. Fournier, 50, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Sheila R. Desmarais, 53, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and the sale/use of drug paraphernalia.
• Michael J. Josephs, 26, of Saco, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
• Christopher R. Ayotte, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Tonya C. York, 47, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Veronica L. Bragdon, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Sara J. McCorrison, 24, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Erick A. Robinson, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of heroin.
• Antonio Arturo-Sotelo, 42, of Westbrook, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) with a prior offense.
• Adrienne M. Werda, 23, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
• Luke J. Lebel, 23, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for attaching false plates.
• Mathew Hartford, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.
• Roger G. Daigle, 55, of Saco, was issued a summons for harassment.
• Rebecca R. Person, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.
• Robert S. Dinsmore, Jr., 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
• Daniel P. Markham, 55, a transient, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.
• Robert W. Quinlan, 55, of Lyman, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
• Veronica L. Bragdon, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
• Alexander C. Caradonna, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Christopher J. Grover, 28, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Matthew T. Olson, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and a minor transporting liquor.
• Alexzandria V. Decker, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for refusing to submit to arrest of detention, refusal to stop and violating conditions of release.
• Liam M. Studley, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Angel A. Trotter, 40, a transient, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• John W. Skillings, 31, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.
