BANGOR — Husson University has shared its 2018 annual list of merit scholarship recipients.

Merit scholarships at the university are awarded on the basis of academic achievement and the following local students are slated to receive merit scholarships from Husson for the 2018-2019 academic year:

• Ray Cole of Wells, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration program, will receive a $2,000 Dean’s Leadership Scholarship.

• Benjamin Poulin of Alfred, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community Certification program, will receive a $1,000 Husson’s Academic Transfer Award.

• Autumn Thompson of Lebanon, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Public Health/Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program, will receive a $3,000 Husson’s Academic Transfer Award.

• Louisa Colucci of Saco, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences program, will receive a $4,000 President’s Academic Scholarship.

• Noelle Michaud of Saco, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education program, will receive a $4,000 President’s Academic Scholarship.

• Emily Silver of Berwick, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Public Health/Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program, will receive a $3,000 Provost’s Leadership Scholarship.

• Bridget Lynch of Hollis Center, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Public Health/Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program, will receive a $3,000 Provost’s Leadership Scholarship.

• Samantha Morse of Hollis Center, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, will receive a $3,000 Provost’s Leadership Scholarship.

• Renee Dostal of Saco, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science/Doctor of Physical Therapy program, will receive a $3,000 Provost’s Leadership Scholarship.

• Taylor Ouellette of Saco, a first-year student enrolled in Husson’s Undeclared program, will receive a $3,000 Provost’s Leadership Scholarship.
