WELLS — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from March 20 to March 25.
• Adriane Kramer, 47, of Sabattus, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.
• Luciano Omorogbe, 18, of Sanford, was issued a summonsed for passing a stopped school bus.
• Jason Bennett, 39, of Sanford, arrested and charged with operating under the influence.
• Andrew Chapman, 28, of Portland, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release.
• A 16-year-old from Springvale was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a license.
• Roger Gagnon, 59, of Wells, arrested and charged with operating under the influence and falsifying physical evidence.
• Douglas Carlow, 59, of California, was arrested on two outstanding arrest warrants charging unpaid fines.
