PORTLAND – Arthur W. Boure, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at his home.
He was born on Sept 5, 1949 in Portland, a son of the late Donald and Antoinette (Gallien) Boure. He grew up in Portland, attending local area schools. He went on to become a stone mason, working with John Hasson for many years. Arthur greatly enjoyed his work.
He is survived by his son, Andrew Boure of Gorham; and two sisters, Antoinette Welch and her husband Larry of Portland and Teresa Jones of Windham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as his good friend and caretaker Helen Malone of Portland. He was predeceased by seven of his siblings.
Funeral services will be private.
