April 22 is Earth Day. If one truly cares about our planet Earth, there are two actions that can be taken that will help Earth survive:

One is to reduce travel and driving, because of the release of carbon dioxide from these activities. The second is more difficult and perhaps more important: Reduce or eliminate animal foods consumption.

Animal agriculture is a major source of carbon dioxide and methane, both gases that are strong contributors to climate change.

It is vital that we use Earth Day as a catalyst for the actions that have a chance to save life on the planet.
