BIDDEFORD — Youngsters from Biddeford, Old Orchard Beach, Dayton, Saco, Waterboro, Alfred, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport will be on stage this coming weekend, presenting “A Ghost Tale for Mr. Dickens,” at Biddeford Middle School.
Twin City Theater Academy, a children’s theater run collaboratively between Biddeford School Department and Saco Parks and Recreation, runs a summer full of theater camps for close to 40 grade 2-10 students from all over York County.
This fall, they took on a new project for a holiday show. “A Ghost Tale for Mr. Dickens” is a musical based on Magic Treehouse books.
The show will be presented at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11 and 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 12 at Biddeford Middle School, 25 Tiger Drive. The show is free and open to the public. The theater troupe is collecting monetary donations for the Biddeford Food Pantry.
