The city of Portland and the state of Maine can build on what local businesses have started by closing Portland’s marina and all harbors along the Maine coast to private yachts owned or operated by Russian oligarchs.
In Tuesday night’s State of the Union address, President Biden announced that American airspace will be closed to Russian aircraft, including private jets. Let’s close another escape route for the oligarchs by refusing them access to Maine waters.
