Face masks optional in town buildings

Wearing face masks in Gorham’s municipal facilities is now optional as of March 7 because the town’s transmission level is medium, according to the CDC.

Masks will continue to be available for individuals who want to wear one.

If the county transmission level returns to high, the town’s mask policy may be reevaluated.

Residents can monitor current COVID-19 transmission rates in Cumberland County at shorturl.at/fvJS7.
