Citizens of South Portland have an opportunity to elect a city councilor who was born and brought up in the city. Richard Matthews attended South Portland schools, ran a business in South Portland and has been involved in many city activities. Richard was elected to the South Portland Board of Education and served for 12 years. Richard knows many of the city issues and will work hard to represent all the citizens.

Please join me in electing Richard Matthews to the South Portland City Council on Nov. 8.
