Dick Wright’s recent cartoon depicting President Biden as a doddering old person was laughably inaccurate (March 9). President Biden has been keeping an extraordinarily vigorous and rigorous schedule of travel, meetings, speeches and diplomacy that a far younger person would find challenging.
He has returned civility, thoughtful reasoning, and compassion to the presidency. His focus on supporting and improving the lives of ordinary people is a benefit to all, here and abroad, and I fully support his running for a second term to continue his good work.
Today’s world poses formidable problems, and President Biden has shown repeatedly that he is more than competent and capable to work toward finding solutions.
