I thank Food Editor Peggy Grodinsky for the wonderful human interest story about Huong Le (“She raised a family and ran a restaurant in Portland. Now citizenship solidifies Huong Le’s home, May 14).

It’s not often I read an article start to finish. I can’t wait to try her oldest daughter’s restaurant, Banh Appetit, and her spring roll recipe.
