CAPE ELIZABETH — Tori McGrath scored with six minutes remaining Thursday to give Cape Elizabeth a 2-1 victory against Greely in a Western Maine Conference schoolgirl soccer game.

Grace Gillian gave Cape Elizabeth (3-2) a 1-0 lead with 13 minutes left in the first half before Skylar Cooney responded for the Rangers (3-1) early in the second.

KENNEBUNK 2, FREEPORT 0: Hallie Schwartzman scored from Sarah Trill with 11 minutes left in the half and the Rams (4-1) went on to beat the Falcons (2-1) at Freeport.

Mia Murray completed the scoring from Miranda Durcan with five minutes to play. Jordan Randall made 11 saves for Freeport.

MADISON 3, WISCASSET 0: The Bulldogs (5-1) scored three second-half goals and defeated the Wolverines (3-2) at Wiscasset.

Madeline Wood scored on a penalty kick and assisted on both other goals.

Lindsey Gordon made 15 saves for Wiscasset on 32 shots.

LAKE REGION 5, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 3: Neva Leavitt scored four goals and the Lakers (2-4) held off the Raiders (3-3) as Naples.

Kalen Jordan added a goal and Lauren Jacobs had three assists for Lake Region, which led 2-1 at halftime.

Sophie Trephol had two goals and Makayla Cooper made eight saves for Fryeburg.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 4, POLAND 0: Four players scored as the Patriots (3-1) beat the Raiders (1-4) at Gray.

Emma Woods, Jordan Grant, Alexa Thayer and Mady West scored for the Patriots, who led 2-0 at halftime. Jaley Martin had two assists. Madison Simard made 14 saves for Poland.

MORSE 7, BELFAST 0: Emily Martin scored four goals to lead the Shipbuilders (3-1) past the Lions (0-4) at Belfast.

Martin scored two goals in the first half, both from Amanda Gagne. Martin added two second-half goals, and Aubrey Martin, Sierra Wallace and Noa Sreden also scored.

Marissa Parks finished with one save for Morse.

WINTHROP 2, BOOTHBAY REGION 1: Brianna Miller and Jillian Schmelzer scored a goal to lift the Ramblers (2-2-1) over the Seahawks (1-6-1) at Winthrop.

Shie Smith made six saves for Winthrop.

Tori Morin scored with 40 seconds left for Boothbay.

SACOPEE VALLEY 2, WAYNFLETE 0: Brenna Humphries’ unassisted goal broke a scoreless tie with 11:19 left in the second half, and the Hawks (4-0) held off the Flyers (2-1) at Portland.

McKenzie Murphy made it 2-0 from Hannah Manchester with 1:20 left. Ali Pope made nine saves for Waynflete and Madison Day stopped seven shots for Sacopee Valley.

ERSKINE ACADEMY 1, OCEANSIDE 1: Kaylee Porter scored from Alana York in the first half for Erskine Academy (4-0-1) against the Mariners (3-0-2) at Rockland.

Abby Veilleux scored with four minutes remaining to tie it. Rachel Joyce made 11 saves.

Caitlin Labbe stopped four shots for Erskine.

WATERVILLE 7, MEDOMAK VALLEY 0: Anika Elias and Sophie Webb each had two goals and two assists to lead the Purple Panthers (5-0) against Medomak Valley (2-3) at Waterville.

Sammi Saulter added two goals and Jordan Jabar had two assists. Sadie Garling also scored.

T.T. Brandon made seven saves for the shutout. Chelsea Ripley had 23 stops for Medomak.

Marissa Sewell had seven digs and three kills, and Sarah MacDonald added eight assists and two digs for Cape in a 25-14, 25-16 and 25-12 victory.

SOUTH PORTLAND 3, THORNTON ACADEMY 0: Mollie Mawhinney had 13 kills and five aces to lead the Red Riots (2-3) at South Portland.

Laura Fortier had four kills for Thornton Academy.

Kayla Brown added 20 assists, and Kaleisha Towle had three kills and three blocks as South Portland swept the match, 25-19, 25-22, 25-12.

DEERING 3, LAKE REGION 0: Maddy Broda had 15 aces and 21 assists as the Rams (4-1) swept the Lakers (0-4) at Naples.

Kaylee Helmick added 18 aces and Dianne Dervis had seven kills for Deering, which won, 25-8, 25-12 and 25-19.
