SymQuest Group Inc., a regional IT services and office technology provider based in Westbrook and South Burlington, Vermont, said it has appointed Chief Operating Officer Meg Fleming as the company’s new president, effective April 1.

Fleming will succeed co-founder and acting President and CEO Larry Sudbay, who has led the company for 21 years.

SymQuest, a subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc., has 188 employees, including 26 in Maine. The company’s 2016 fiscal year revenue was $40 million, up from $39 million the previous fiscal year.

Fleming will be responsible for all departments and strategic initiatives throughout SymQuest’s nine office locations and will work from the company’s dual headquarters in Westbrook and South Burlington.
