Arrests

9/9 at 10:22 p.m. Terrance J. Timmins, 58, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer John Gill on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of violating conditions of release.

9/9 at 10:49 p.m. Richard L. Hagan, 35, of Clover Leaf Lane, was arrested at Foley Farm Road and Hannaford Drive by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of domestic violence assault.

9/10 at 3:45 a.m. Ernest A. Paterno, 44, of East Oxford Street, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of burglary,theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief. 

9/12 at 10:14 a.m. Crystal M. Ross, 45, of Virginia Avenue, Saco, was arrested at Saco Street and Gorham Road by Sgt. Thomas Chard on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license and on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/13 at 2:26 a.m. Danielle Buzzell, 23, of Harrisburg Avenue, Westbrook, was arrested on Holmes Road by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/10 at 5:42 p.m. Megan S. Gosse, 23, of Sanborn Street, Gorham, was issued a summons at Gorham and New roads by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of driving to endanger.

9/10 at 6:16 p.m. Sean L. Babb, 21, of Maple Drive, Gorham, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

9/12 at 1:49 a.m. Samuel S. Libby, 20, of Highland Street, Portland, was issued a summons at Pine Point and Eastern roads by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of possession of liquor by a minor.

9/12 at 5:39 p.m. Jarrett D. Michaud, 31, of Duck Pond Road, Westbrook, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer John Gill on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.

9/13 at 1:23 p.m. Jeffery A. Trent, 48, of Craigie Street, Portland, was issued a summons at County Road and Saco Street by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
