3/29 at 5:55 p.m. Crosby Johnson, 22, of Appleton, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
3/29 at 5:55 p.m. Adrien L. Sanders, 28, of Rochester, N.H., was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Patricia Maynard on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
