FALMOUTH — Falmouth Memorial Library is hosting a final public forum next week on a preliminary design for the library’s proposed expansion.
Scott Simons Architects will unveil its latest design during the session and solicit feedback.
The updated design incorporates feedback from a previous meeting, held in September, when Simons shared three concepts. Those plans called for doubling the size of the library, purchasing an adjacent property, demolition of the historic Iverson House and possibly rerouting Depot Road. The project could cost $5 million.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, at the library, 5 Lunt Road.
