SCARBOROUGH — The Scarborough Conservation Commission, Friends of Scarborough Marsh and Scarborough Land Trust are offering a potential peek into the future of Scarborough Marsh with a 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28 presentation at Town Hall.
“Marsh Migration: Potential Effects of Sea Level Rise on the Scarborough Marsh,” will examine the potential risk to natural and developed environments posed by measured and projected sea level increases. Included in the presentation will be looks at future migration patterns, changes in ecology and future land use.
