CAPE ELIZABETH — Disposal fees at the Recycling Center will be waived from Saturday, Oct. 15, through Monday, Oct. 31.
Residents who transport their own material will not be charged, but contractors will be assessed fees in accordance with current regulations.
The Recycling Center will be open four Sundays between Oct. 23 and Nov. 13 for the disposal of leaf, yard wastes, wood waste and brush. Fees will be assessed on applicable items on Nov. 6 and Nov. 13.
Household refuse normally deposited in the transfer station will not be accepted on Sundays.
