Tugs, trawlers, sailboats, schooners: there’s a good chance that if it floats, it was in the water off Portland’s Fort Allen Park on Sunday for the final events of the MS Harborfest weekend, a fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. A regatta on Saturday was followed by lobster boat races past Fort Gorges, with people watching from the Eastern Promenade, along the rocky shore or the decks of their boats to get a closer look. A tugboat parade and race wrapped up the offshore activities.
