10/26 Greg Snyder, 26, of Washington Street, was arrested on a charge of theft and on a warrant.
10/27 A girl, of Bath, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of theft.
10/27 at 12:46 a.m. Mark Thomas, 26, of Oak Grove Avenue, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.
10/30 at 1:10 p.m. Terry Layton, 46, of Woolwich, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of bail violation.
10/30 at 9:50 p.m. Brian Fitzgerald, 59, of Berrys Mill Road, West Bath, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of operating under the influence.
10/31 at 2:43 a.m. Jennifer Lee Dickinson, 26, of Bonita Springs, Fla., was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.
Summonses
10/26 at 5:13 p.m. Jolene Anderson, 23, of Washington Street, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of shoplifting.
10/29 A juvenile was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of criminal mischief.
10/31 at 2:34 p.m. Joseph Holland, 23, listed as homeless, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of criminal trespass.
Halloween drinking
10/31 at 7:24 p.m. Bath officers investigated a report that a Bath man had furnished alcohol to four underage girls in a wooded area behind the Bath YMCA. Officers located Ernest Watson, 18, and some of the girls after they left the forest. Officer Michelle Small and K-9 Keylo found a 14-year-old girl lying on the ground unconscious. The girl was taken to Midcoast Hospital where she was treated and released to her parents. Watson was issued a summons on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

10/28 at 11:36 a.m. Burnt furnace motor at CVS.
10/29 at 10:43 a.m. False alarm at Dike-Newell School.
10/30 at 6:16 p.m. False alarm at Hyde School.
10/31 at 12:01 a.m. Outside burn on Middle Street.
10/31 at 7:40 p.m. Wire down on Whiskeag Road.
