4/5 at 6:06 p.m. Mark Foley, 51, of Greenway Drive, was arrested on Greenway Drive by Officer Al Twombley on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Summonses

4/3 at 10:46 p.m. Nicholas DiFrancesco, 19, of Lamb Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Michael Brown on a charge of operating without a license.

Fencing operation

4/7 5:45 p.m. A homeowner on U.S. Route 1 reported that two large iron gates, worth about $900, had been stolen from her yard. According to police, the homeowner said someone had stopped by earlier asking to buy the fences, but was told they were not for sale. The case is under investigation.
