Arrests

7/11 at 5:07 p.m. Sean P. Murphy, 50, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on Hannaford Drive by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

7/13 at 4:28 p.m. Kathleen E. Lee, 32, of Broadturn Road, was arrested at u.s. Route 1 and Commerce Drive by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

7/13 at 11:34 p.m. Evan M. Brady, 19, of Cole Street, South Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

7/17 at 2:53 a.m. Sean S. Doody, 26, of Saco Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and charges of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more and operating under the influence.

7/11 at 1:37 p.m. Jonathan T. Ridley, 25, of State Park Road, Naples, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

7/11 at 4:58 p.m. Monia Domingos, 49, of Auburn Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

7/12 at 10:08 a.m. Samuel J. Patch, 18, of Dunstan Avenue, was issued a summons at Fogg Road and Pintail Point Drive by Officer Timothy Barker on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more. 

7/13 at 1:43 p.m. Peter S. Garrard, 19, of Trillium Way, was issued a summons on Holmes Road by Officer Cody Rickevicius on a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

7/16 at 12:11 p.m. Troy D. Fogg, 22, of Lawrence Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons at Saco Street and County Road by Officer Travis Hon on charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

7/16 at 11:18 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons at Black Point Road and Massacre Lane by Officer Holly Thompson on a charge of possession of marijuana.
