Scarborough, ME – Looking for information on senior products, resources, communities or assistance? Come to the Spring Senior Expo March 20 at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Church Hall on Black Point Road in Scarborough. Admission is free.

Representatives from many senior communities, home health companies, insurance planners, estate management, rehabilitation and much more will showcase their services and be available for questions all day. On March 20, the first day of spring, attendees will be able to visit and talk with more than 40 vendors from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Want to talk about converting part of your home to more private in-law quarters? David Maurice of Multi-Gen by Design at Delar General Contracting will have some ideas for you.

Thinking about finding in-home care? Advantage Home Care, Comfort Keepers, Able Home Health, Home Helpers and In Home Senior Services offer home care in different parts of the region.

For a $5 donation, you can get an antique appraised (benefits the Alzheimer’s Association). There will be a small cafe? for breakfast treats and a light lunch. In the lecture rooms, 12 speakers will address various topics, from downsizing by Thomaston Place Auctions to a joint presentation on assisted living by Thornton Oaks, Bay Square and Scarborough Terrace.

• The ‘Bout Time Tappers show off their fancy footwork at 10:30 a.m. This is an adult tap group that brings back lots of tapping fun and memories.
