Your front page story about Marty Greeley was just mean and uncalled for. The photo of his home, where his innocent family has to live, was unnecessary and added nothing to the story. As your article stated, Marty, himself, said that the people he hurt did not need to be reminded of the situation.

As secretary to the Scarborough Planning Board, I worked with Marty when was on the board. He was a pleasure to work with, and I wish him and his family well.

Your article was simply small-town sensationalism. Just print the news.
