4/28 at 9:32 a.m. Crissa L. Farr, 53, of Saco, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Travis Hon on charges of failing to register vehicle, operation of a defective vehicle, attaching false plates and falsifying physical evidence. 

4/29 at 2:11 a.m. Justin William Anderson, 32, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was arrested on Snow Road by Officer Timothy Barker on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license. 

Summonses

4/23 at 9:47 a.m. Maria L. Levasseur, 32, of Portland, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked. 

4/23 at 1:37 p.m. Sonja M. Sawyer, 50, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Breagh Gomez on a charge of displaying a fictitious vehicle inspection certificate. 

4/25 at 11:39 a.m. Savannah Howes, 25, of Gorham, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Scott Vaughn on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license. 

4/26 at 12:47 a.m. Jason D. Allen, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of operating a vehicle when license suspended or revoked.
