SPRINGVALE — Finnley Alexander Chase, infant son of Austin Chase and Taniesha Koch, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015, at York Hospital.

Besides his parents, he is survived by: his maternal grandmother, Barbara Koch; maternal great-grandparents, Harry and Jan Brown; aunt, Bridgette Koch; paternal grandparents, Christine and Edward, and Douglas and Olivia; paternal great-grandparents, Bob and Frederica Kingsbury; and aunt and uncle, Devin and Gabrielle.

Family and friends are invited to Celebrate his life on Saturday from 2-4 p.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.
