SCARBOROUGH — A Scarborough man who was reported missing is safe in New York state, according to police.
Nathaniel Chappell, 37, was reported missing Monday by his mother. She had not seen him in five weeks.
Police had said Chappell has bipolar disorder and had not been taking his medications. Police had sought the public’s help in locating him.
