FALMOUTH – Portland rallied from a 2-0 deficit to defeat Falmouth 3-2 Wednesday night in a girls’ hockey game at Falmouth Ice Center.
Raechel Allen set up Drew Barry with 32 seconds left in the second period, then scored two unassisted goals in the third to give the Bulldogs (1-1-1) a win.
The Yachtsmen (1-3) scored twice in the second period: Lucy Meyer from Maddy McDonnell and Gabby St. Angelo from Samantha Welch.
Rachel Waterhouse made 17 saves for the Bulldogs. Jen Greene stopped 23 shots for Falmouth.
BIDDEFORD 6, CAPE ELIZABETH/WAYNFLETE 3: Haley Reny had four goals, including three in the third period when the Tigers (2-2) scored four times against Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete (0-3) at Biddeford Ice Arena.
Jenna Roy had a goal and an assist, and Kellie Renk also scored for the Tigers.
Ros Graybauer had two goals and Hannah Dineen scored one for Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete.
ST. DOMINIC 12, YARMOUTH 4: Sophia Goulet had five goals and two assists, and Lauren Ratsep added four goals and an assist as the Saints (3-0) handled the Clippers (0-5) at The Colisee in Lewiston.
Marisa Zamrock, Jenna Foncampin and Emily Poulin also scored for St. Dominic, which led 6-0 after one period.
Ariel Potter had three goals, Suzanne Driscoll had a goal and two assists and Courtney Barker had three assists for Yarmouth.
SCARBOROUGH 1, WINSLOW 1: Abby Rutt scored from Sam Nablo on a power play with 17 seconds left in the third period and the Red Storm (2-1-1) tied the Black Raiders (3-0-1) at USM Arena in Gorham.
Devan Kane stopped 20 shots for Scarborough.
