BRIDGTON — Mainers 70 years and older can now schedule an appointment for a one-day COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Bridgton Community Center on March 4. The clinic at 15 Depot St. is hosted by Northern Light Health and will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to the town.

To schedule an appointment, call The Southern Maine Agency on Aging at 396-6500 and select option 1 when prompted.

Those who attend the March 4 clinic can receive their second vaccination dose on April 1 at the same location from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The state also announced earlier this week that pharmacy chain Walgreens will begin offering vaccinations at locations throughout the state. To make an appointment, visit walgreens.com/findcare/vaccination/covid-19 or call 1-800-WALGREENS.

Other vaccination sites in the Lakes Region include Bridgton Hospital at 10 Hospital Drive and the Walmart Pharmacy at 30 Landing Road  in Windham. To schedule an appointment at the Windham Walmart, visit walmart.com/COVIDvaccine. Both sites are open to the public.
