Customer Service Representative

MaineToday Media is seeking a full time Customer Services Representative to engage with and retain print and digital subscribers.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Community involvement/understanding of the Maine communities we serve.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft programs
  • Ability to work weekends and early mornings (6am)
