Allan 25, of Portland helps Lula into her car as Callie looks on after a walk at Hinckley Park. The hardest part of the job for Allan is worrying about other dogs and the safety of the dogs she is walking. "You never want anything bad to happen on your watch, you need to be aware of your surroundings," she said.
Lula, whose family lives in Portland, cools off in a pond at Hinckley Park. "My favorite part of the job is seeing all the different personalities in the dogs," Allan said.
