Getting back to being a pup
A pit bull puppy, nicknamed 'Blue,' is recovering from surgery at the Bethel Animal Hospital after arriving there on Oct. 2 with severe injuries to his muzzle. Sue Milligan, the animal control officer in Newry, believes someone taped the dog’s muzzle shut and abandoned him. Milligan says whoever is responsible for the dog’s wounds could face criminal charges. Posted
