Proposed wetland setbacks in Scarborough draw fire
The proposal would require new developments to maintain a 25-foot buffer from adjacent wetlands. The council voted, 5-2, to send it to the Planning Board for review and a public hearing, after lengthy debates.
Land trust adds to Pleasant Hill Preserve
