10 years since this last Confessional

DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL just re-released its first album, “The Swiss Army Romance” as a 10th-anniversary edition, so expect to hear lots of songs from that CD in addition to hits such as “Vindicated” and “Stolen” when the band plays Portland on Sunday. Good Old War, Cory Branan and John Lefler open the all-ages show.

Big Gigantic music Friday at Port City

BIG GIGANTIC is a Boulder, Colo.-based duo of saxophonist/producer Dominic Lalli and drummer Jeremy Salken. They’ll bring their combination of electronic dance beats and jazz melodies to Port City Music Hall on Friday. Dreamosaic opens the 21-and-older show.
