A hotel parking attendant was robbed early Monday by two men who threatened him with a Taser, Portland police said.

The parking attendant was outside The Press Hotel on Exchange Street around 3:20 a.m. when he was approached by two men who demanded his money and said they would use a Taser on him, said Lt. Gary Hutcheson. The attendant handed over his money and was not injured.

Hutcheson said the suspects were last seen headed toward Congress Street. One was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and the other was wearing a black sweatshirt. Both men were wearing baseball caps.

Hutcheson said detectives were investigating the incident, but the parking attendant refused to give a statement and was not cooperating with police. Hutcheson said he did not know how much money the parking attendant gave the men.
