n Sebago Technics recently announced several changes and promotions.

Owens McCullough was named senior vice president of strategy and client development.

McCullough has been with Sebago since 1987.

Shawn Frank was named senior vice president for commercial development. He joined the company in 1985.

Will Conway was named senior vice president of landscape architecture. Conway joined Sebago in 1988.

Keith McAlary was promoted to chief financial officer. McAlary formerly served as controller and joined the company in 2001.

Dan Riley was promoted to vice president of engineering. Riley joined the company in 2001 and formerly served as a design team leader.

Kylie Mason was promoted to vice president of project delivery. Mason has worked with Sebago since 2005.

n Miranda Hardy was recently promoted to program director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine. Hardy served as an intern from 2009 to 2010. She was hired as a program manager in 2012.

BOARD APPOINTMENTS

n Spurwink elected Alistair Raymond, Esq. as chair of its board of directors. Raymond is the chief compliance officer and corporate secretary for Avangrid Networks.

Richard Berthy and Doug Sanford were elected as new members of the Spurwink board. Berthy is chief executive officer of Foreside Financial Group LLC. Sanford is owner and developer of the Pepperell Mill Campus.

n The University of Southern Maine appointed six new members to its board of visitors.

Reid Crewe is the grant director of The Bob Crewe Foundation.

Michael Hyde serves as the vice president for external affairs and strategic partnerships for The Jackson Laboratory.

Mary Kozicki Lafontaine has 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors and currently manages the Lewiston CareerCenter.

Aimee Petrin is executive director of Portland Ovations.

Julia Sleeper-Whiting is co-founder and executive director of the Tree Street Youth Center in Lewiston.

Laongdao “Tak” Suppasettawat is president and founder of TAK Advisory LLC.
