MORRILL — A Maine man accused of killing a woman, dialing 911 and waiting for police to arrive is due in court.
An initial court appearance was scheduled for this afternoon for 39-year-old Dennis Edgecomb, who said he killed a woman after an argument in the Waldo County town of Morrill.
Police arrived to find the body of 42-year-old Pamela Green. They also found Edgecomb, who was still at the scene. He’s now charged with murder.
State Police Lt. Gary Wright says the two were living together, but investigators haven’t said why the two argued, or how Green died. An autopsy was scheduled Wednesday.
