WATERBORO – Taylor Bergeron scored from Logan Provencher with 4:54 left in the second overtime Thursday to give Massabesic a 2-1 victory against Kennebunk in a Southern Maine Activities Association field hockey game.

Taylor Radomski of Kennebunk (5-4) opened the scoring after 15:32. Provencher tied it with 6:01 left in regulation.

Katherine Cotton made 10 saves for Kennebunk. Courtney Picone stopped five shots for Massabesic (7-1).

BONNY EAGLE 1, DEERING 1: Amanda LeMoult scored with five minutes left in regulation as the Rams (1-5-2) came from behind to tie the Scots (1-4-2) at Standish.

Cassidy Merrill scored for Bonny Eagle from Nicole Hurley.

MARSHWOOD 6, BIDDEFORD 0: Natalia Bachelder scored twice, and Hailey Bruno-Moulton added a goal and two assists to lead the Hawks (6-3) past the Tigers (1-6-1) at South Berwick.

Emily Osborne added a goal and an assist, and Karissa Boesch and Jessica Pickford also scored.

MESSALONSKEE 6, MT. ARARAT 0: Emily York had three goals and an assist for Messalonskee (7-1-1), which took a 4-0 halftime lead and beat Mt. Ararat (0-4-4) at Topsham.

Kristy Bernatchez and Lynnea Luettich added a goal and an assist each.

Messalonskee held an 18-1 shot advantage and a 14-1 edge in penalty corners.

MT. VIEW 2, LEAVITT 0: Delainey Kein and Kyrstyn Keating scored as the Mustangs (7-2) shut out the Hornets (5-3) at Thorndike.

Taylor Ells had five saves for Leavitt.

PORTLAND 1, WINDHAM 1: Kaitlyn Rutherford scored the tying goal for the Bulldogs (3-4-1) with 8:05 left in regulation against the Eagles (2-5-1) at Windham.

Molly McVetty of Windham opened the scoring after 27:05.

LAWRENCE 4, LEWISTON 3: Caitlin Koller scored from Danielle Spauling with 15:20 remaining as the Bulldogs (5-2-1) beat the Blue Devils (2-4-2) at Fairfield.

Sophia Lindsay added two first-half goals, and Bethany Rioux also scored for Lawrence. Julia Lawrence and Miranda Costigan each had an assist, and Emily Lambert earned the win with four saves.


SCARBOROUGH 3, FALMOUTH 2: Brittany Bona collected 17 kills and eight digs for the Red Storm (6-1), who won the fifth set 15-9 to earn a victory against the Yachtsmen (5-2) at Falmouth.

Rachael Webber added 10 kills and Emily Robbins finished with 28 assists for Scarborough.

YARMOUTH 3, KENNEBUNK 0: Morgan Cahill had 13 kills and nine blocks, and Gina Robertson came up with 12 service points as the Clippers (3-3) swept the Rams (2-5) by scores of 27-25, 25-23 and 25-15 at Yarmouth.

BIDDEFORD 3, KENNEBUNK 2: Katelyn Lebreux had 24 serves, five kills and 16 digs to pace the Tigers (4-3) over the Rams (3-3) at Gorham.

Autumn Dube helped with 11 kills and Olivia Hennedy had 17 digs.

Lexi Merrifield and Taylor Hansen each had 10 kills for the Rams.

GREELY 3, CONY 0: Haleigh Roach had seven aces and 10 set assists to lead the Rangers (7-0) past the Rams (1-7) by scores of 25-14, 25-9 and 25-14 at Cumberland.

Emily Sampson added three assists and seven kills, and Jordynne Copp finished with six kills.

Abby Wormell had two kills and two aces, and Leyna Tobey had two kills and five digs for Cony.
