ST. ALBANS — An Arundel man died late Friday night after his Ford F-150 truck fell off a snowmobile bridge and plummeted into a creek.

Ronald Drew, 83, was driving in a remote section of St. Albans in Somerset County when his truck fell off the bridge and landed on its driver’s side, according to the Bangor Daily News.

Police said Drew was on his way to a nearby hunting camp, but they declined to discuss possible causes for the crash, according to the media report.

The crash was discovered by a friend who went looking for Drew after he didn’t arrive at the camp.
