BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick High School freshman boys basketball team is now 7- 1 after picking up a pair of recent wins.

The Dragons beat Erskine Academy 47-27 and Mt. Blue 72-26.

Against Erskine, Alex Bandouveres led the way with 15 points and Logan Moulton had eight.

In the Mt. Blue game, Pearson Cost had 17 points, Bandouveres 13 and Eric Kousky eight. Cam Glover and Kousky had seven steals each in the two games, while Glover dished out eight assists and Cost five.

Mitchell Smith was a defensive standout for the Dragons, scheduled to visit Cony on Friday.
