BRUNSWICK — On Sunday at First Parish Church, UCC, in Brunswick, the Rev. James Deming, the environmental justice minister for the United Church of Christ, will continue the church’s “Windows on the Environment” winter education series with his talk, “Caring for God’s Creation: The Role of Faith Communities.”

The Rev. Deming is a presenter with The Climate Project and has worked with the National Wildlife Federation and Interfaith Power and Light. He is based in Cleveland, Ohio. This talk will be in Fellowship Hall of Pilgrim House at 9 Cleaveland St. Light refreshments will be served.

On March 18, the movie “Renewal” will be shown at 4 p.m., and on March 25 at 11:30 a.m. the series offers a panel discussion, “Environmental Issues Facing Maine.”
