RON CARROLL AND FRIENDS will present a Tribute to Scott Joplin and Al Jolson at 2 p.m. Sunday. The concert takes place in Crooker Theater at Brunswick High School, 116 Maquoit Road. The program includes old favorites such as “The Entertainer,” “Solace,” “Weeping Willow,” the “Peacherine Rag,” as well as many Jolson favorites such as “Yankee Doodle Dandy,” “Mammy,” “Grand Old Flag,” “Anniversary Waltz” and “Swanne.” The cast includes Marcelle Lachance, Pam Tondreau, Ann Glover, Dan Konieczko, Mike Millett, Mike Blakemore and Joanne Bollinger. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door, and may be purchased at Hannaford’s Supermarket and Gulf of Maine Bookstore. All proceeds will go to the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program.
